The communication was horrible, I felt like I was being an annoying customer by asking what was going on. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle they didn't do work they said needed to be done, he said it wa an annoying customer by asking what was going on. Now the "fix" wasn't resolved and I feel too burned out to go back and have them look at it again. I was supposed to get an appraisal while the vehicle and it was never done. More

They have charged me over $1500, and never fixed the issue. They told me they would get me a replacement part because the one they installed didn’t work.
