I brought my car in for two reasons a couple of weeks ago. When I received my car back about a week later after spending $3500, it took me quickly to realize that neither of the problems that I had brou ago. When I received my car back about a week later after spending $3500, it took me quickly to realize that neither of the problems that I had brought my car in had gotten fixed. I told the man at the service desk, and he told me that I should bring it back in to get re checked by the mechanic. When I brought my car in again, he gave me his personal number and told me that I should text him with any questions and that he would keep me updated with what they find out about my car. Joe never responded to one of my 7 texts that I sent him about my car and any progress. I had to call many times and the times I did call I got put on hold every time for at least 15-20 minutes. He then proceeded to tell me that they had not found the answer to one of my problems and that I might need to spend an additional $3500 to MAYBE fix the problem. I then asked to talk to the mechanic who worked on my car who was great (I unfortunately cannot remember his name). He answered every one of my questions and spent the time on the phone to explain everything to me. He had spent many hours looking at my car and had still not figured out the problem. He nicely advised me not to spend the additional money on my car because it might not be an issue. I picked up my car and thankfully did not have to pay again to have my car looked at. I am very disappointed with the outcome I had, the money spent to still have my car have the same issues it had before bringing it in, and the customer service I received. More

Kept my vehicle for 48 hours, never called to give me updates. I called on third day to find out my vehicle was never even looked at.
