Bought a new Jeep Wrangler with Corning Gorilla Glass from the dealership and got a rock to the windshield that cracked the windshield within first month. Waited a week and heard nothing. Called and they said they were waiting on the claim to be processed. Then got a text asking pictures of the serial numbers on 9/6/24. Its 9/19/24 and no one has reached out to me. Called today and the service person checked notes that said the claim was denied. Why do we pay extra for Gorilla Glass? Why can't someone communicate with me on what to do? More

Was quoted an hour to an hour and a half. It took over 5 hours. I had to keep taking Ubers back and forth. I asked for a quote on new and upgraded tires and I couldn’t get one. Had to replace 2 batteries when one was replaced just 2 years ago. And now my service engine light is on and that was not an issue during the inspection. I also needed an oil change but because this took over 5 hours I had no time. I missed meetings and more because of this appointment. The communication was not good. More
