Truly one of the most unprofessional dealers I have ever spoke to. Inquired online for a part. First contact was “you do realize we are Chicago” since I’m in KC. Suggests I’m too far to be a parts customer spoke to. Inquired online for a part. First contact was “you do realize we are Chicago” since I’m in KC. Suggests I’m too far to be a parts customer. The when I reply with the obvious “part can be shipped anywhere” they reply you must be having a bad day. Smart mouthed response provoking this review. Always love it when people run their mouths behind the screen. Especially to a paying customer. Inquired here because Texas dealer that had part was further away. They were happy to take my cc and get the shipping expedited to get the part for me right away. More

Bought a new Jeep Wrangler with Corning Gorilla Glass from the dealership and got a rock to the windshield that cracked the windshield within first month. Contract CDJR of Chicago's service department a from the dealership and got a rock to the windshield that cracked the windshield within first month. Contract CDJR of Chicago's service department and they had me come in 8/28 to take pictures to file a claim. Service person said they had a few of these they were working on. Waited a week and heard nothing. Called and they said they were waiting on the claim to be processed. Then got a text asking pictures of the serial numbers on 9/6/24. Its 9/19/24 and no one has reached out to me. Called today and the service person checked notes that said the claim was denied. Why do we pay extra for Gorilla Glass? Why can't someone communicate with me on what to do? More
