I spent over four hours in a customer "lounge" with furniture from a resale shop and not even water to drink. From the door of the "lounge" I could see the employees lunchroom. The service agent gave furniture from a resale shop and not even water to drink. From the door of the "lounge" I could see the employees lunchroom. The service agent gave me a bottle of his own water. Having a comfortable place for customers to wait should be a priority, but it apparently is not at this dealership. The work was done competently, but was quite expensive. From now on, I will use our local car repair shop so that I can walk home if it takes four hours, and will have an opportunity to examine the parts needing replacement. More
