The communication was horrible, I felt like I was being an annoying customer by asking what was going on. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle they didn't do work they said needed to be done, he said it wa an annoying customer by asking what was going on. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle they didn't do work they said needed to be done, he said it was a mistake from another person's vehicle. Now the "fix" wasn't resolved and I feel too burned out to go back and have them look at it again. I was supposed to get an appraisal while the vehicle and it was never done. More
