Came across as sleazy to me. They really weren’t listening to me instead they just wanted to sell me something. My battery to my car remote was low and they said they would replace it they didn’t. They washed the car off and it had dents on the hood which was unnoticeable because it was dirty. The interior was not cleaned out and he dust dirt and crumbs along the seats and door jambs. I came in with a pre approval with a lower interest rate than what they ended up giving me and when I came the following day to correct it I was met with lies about the guy would finances me would not be there but I arrived later and he was. The dealership manager said he wasn’t sure how things worked because he had only been there for 5 days prior to me coming in. I asked for business cards they didn’t have any. I purchased LoJack on the vehicle which they didn’t activate. I had to call back in. Terrible people. Terrible service. I get it though cars are sitting in lots for longer and they needed to move the car. I would NEVER recommend ANYONE here More
we have long felt that any car-purchasing experience would be a challenge - no matter where we went. alas, we have used this dealership (formerly Napleton's) for many car purchases (more less painful t would be a challenge - no matter where we went. alas, we have used this dealership (formerly Napleton's) for many car purchases (more less painful than others), so when we wanted to upgrade our 2013 to a 2023, we found what we wanted in stock and went and made the transaction ... how WAS it? hmm ... felt the company is working very hard to have all the diversity, inclusion pieces in place which, to our sensibilities, doesn't always equate with quality. we made our purchase - in cash - which meant no one would make more money off of us and the customer attention swiftly waned. no surprise. our sales person was "fine" - young and still learning how to listen. would this experience have been different/better elsewhere? likely not. More

Was not impressed, had appointment car was not there to be seen. Salesmen never gave his name. They ran credit and told me it was too much car for me. I also have a 2014 Range Rover Sport that I owe around $8,500.00 on(158,000 miles) and they didn’t seem willing to work with me. More
