John Ochoa was my salesman. He lied to me when I purchased a vehicle there when I asked for my copy of the paperwork to my new vehicle they didn’t give it to me an they changed He lied to me when I purchased a vehicle there when I asked for my copy of the paperwork to my new vehicle they didn’t give it to me an they changed the price on me on the vehicle without telling me they just had me sign the papers telling me like like everything was as it was, when we spoke in the beginning an I trusted them. I never got no copies to the new vehicle that I purchased so I messaged John right away the next day and I told him was I ever going to get my copies. The guy had told me that I would get them the next day which was the finance manager. They lied. John ignored my calls. I told him look I need to see the paperwork to make sure that all the numbers match up as I was told he said oh they didn’t give you a copy I said no they didn’t. You were there I told you before I left and I told you If I wasn’t going to get the copies. I was gonna bring the vehicle back because I didn’t know that the numbers were right which is the purchase price of the vehicle went so in the APR they never even told me what my APR. all They just said I was approved and I had got finance by a bank, not even telling me which bank I had traded in a BMW. It only had 10,000 miles in brand new condition and they lied about the appraised value to it, and then at the end of the day they sold my vehicle without my knowledge I tried getting a hold of him throughout the weekend. He kept putting me off is just a liar and he’s not to be trusted. I spoke with AJ. His name is Alex and he’s the GM. He told me if I hadn’t wrote a bad review he would’ve been able to help me but what I couldn’t understand was how are you gonna help me if y’all sold my vehicle over the weekend when I was trying to return your vehicle back that I had just purchased the very next day John kept ignoring me I had a bad feeling that y’all had lied to me because y’all never gave me the paperwork and I went to school With John Ochoa, I trusted him and he lied to me with a smile. These people are not to be trusted. This is a very terrible dealership. I would never recommend or ever buy from them myself. My name is Rene Rivera. Take it from me. I have been dealing with these people for 3 days over the phone because I am out of state. I made the deal to trade in my car and was sent paperwork via email. Only to an hour later, after me signing all the new contracts, call me and decline to sell me the truck "because somone else bought it first" THATS A LIE! I have been making this deal for three days and all the sudden the truck is sold when I AM THE ONE who just signed the contract! NOT PROFESSIONAL. Just because you couldnt get your cut of the MOPAR sale you take the truck away from me. Domique, Anthony and two other men i spoke to. Even if some one did walk in the door in the one hour it took me to sign the contract online the fact that you sold it out from under me just shows what kind of people you are and the kind of business you run! Went to buy parts for my truck. Told me to bring my old one for a core charge. That I would get a check back from the dealership in the mail. Show up with the core and they asked i Told me to bring my old one for a core charge. That I would get a check back from the dealership in the mail. Show up with the core and they asked if I had the box for it. Well it would've been nice if I was told to bring the box back also with my core since I live an hour away. So they were not going to accept my core without a box. It's bs cause when they sell u a part they need to tell you to bring the box back with the core. So now they keep my core charge. Nice way to make profit for the dealer. Never again will go their for anything. More
