I went to go purchase a Jeep Wrangler and I was told I was approved. I put $5,000 down and signed all the paperwork. Then, a week later, I was told that I wasn’t approved. Now, they’re saying that they have to tax me for driving the car. I returned the Jeep and I still haven’t received my deposit. I’ve been texting Ernest and calling him and he will not respond or answer my calls. It’s been 3 days since I’ve returned the Jeep and they will not answer my calls. Apparently, I didn’t get approved all I want is my deposit back. They made it seem like I was already approved and took my money. Now they don’t want to give my my $5,000 deposit back. What kinda dealership are they running? I asked around and a lot of my friends say that they have been in the same situation with this dealership. All I want is my deposit back, but the financial manager says he needs to tax me.Talk about fraud!!! If i wasn't approved why did you let me drive off with the Jeep for about a week? More
