Coolant loss grand Cherokee Brought my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee to this dealership for a coolant smell in cabin. Resovoir was empty. Diagnosed as a water pump. Tech said pump had Brought my 2010 Jeep Grand Cherokee to this dealership for a coolant smell in cabin. Resovoir was empty. Diagnosed as a water pump. Tech said pump had play in it and noisy. 900 dollars Later same issue. Brought back they now say it's a radiator cap. Replace cap for 30.00. Get vehicle back same issue. Bring to independent shop in 5 minutes tech diagnoses correct problem as heater core leaking. Call service mgr Chris and he is indifferent. Ask to speak with GM Jay no call back. More
We had two great experiences with this dealership. We purchased a 2017 RAM 3500 Diesel in Sept of 2016 from a dealership in another state. A number of months later i noticed a strange sound when the We purchased a 2017 RAM 3500 Diesel in Sept of 2016 from a dealership in another state. A number of months later i noticed a strange sound when the A/C compressor ran, and at one point I thought I noticed the drive belt moving elliptically. We then brought the Truck to our most local dealership who stated all was fine, a finding that i was skeptical with. A few weeks later while my girlfriend was driving to South hampton with the kids an engine light came on indicating a coolant low condition. My girlfriend immediately took it to the nearest dealership which happened to be the Southhampton Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. There she met the Chris Robinson the service and parts director who immediately had the vehicle looked at and PROPERLY diagnosed. The water pump housing was loose and was likely this way from the factory. He ordered the parts required and provided my girlfriend with a loaner car. The parts came in on time and they restored the vehicle to "as new" condition replacing all parts effected including a new drive belt that had very minor wear. The vehicle has been flawless ever since (knock wood). Chris and the rest of the team at this dealership are very professional, knowledgeable and reasonable. Chris has an even keeled approach that is refreshing to deal with and we are now using this dealership for all maintenance even though they are 50 miles from our home. We just recently had the oil changed and the very experienced technician who did the work gave me a number of valuable tips for changing the oil myself that will definitely make the process easier. I had previously indicated I wanted to eventually do my own basic maintenance as this trucks oil change can be problematic for the less experienced. Everyone we have spoken with at this dealership has been great thus far and when the time comes for a new Jeep we know where we will purchase it from. More

We took the car it doesnt work . Yesterday car went to service again with same issue fir they said your car is not equipped with that this is only charging the phones i said i know my car it was working . Then they called me again saying that flash drive that i have has problem i told them it works on my other car they said no its not working . They called me to tell me they left my car in the parkinglot not locked keys are in it . I went to pick up my car problem its not fixed plus usb slot is not even in it they left it empty . I called to speak to service manager today darilyn whitloc she was handling it which she doesnt act like service manager and she said if you dont like our service you can take your car where you purchased it from . Instead of giving me an advise fix my car i know what to do but i am not sure about you ms service manager i think you need extra training to handle the customers and some trainings on the cars also . If you guys telling me that thats only for car charging youre wrong you dont know your product .... More
