I took my car in for service and honestly I had the best customer service ever. Manny was such a pleasure and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Even the car wash was done with such detail. I will definitely be returning to this dealership for service. More
My Jeep Grand Cherokee was brought in for service because of a Uconnect error: code 20 (failed software update that drained the battery and would continue to do so anytime ignition is turned off until radio of a Uconnect error: code 20 (failed software update that drained the battery and would continue to do so anytime ignition is turned off until radio is replaced). At drop of was told it was next day pick up. After calling several times the next day with no answer I eventually received an email response that my car needs to stay in the shop for 10 days. The dealer would not provide a loaner and only offered me the option of picking back up the malfunctioning vehicle without a functioning Air Conditioning/Heating system or radio. This was not an option for me because I drive with a baby. Embarrassing customer service. More

my van had a safety recall and i was given a price of $189 by the service guy. when i picked the van up, suddenly the price was over $800. the first quote was just for the parts, he said. not the labor.. $189 by the service guy. when i picked the van up, suddenly the price was over $800. the first quote was just for the parts, he said. not the labor.. i was furious inside because he knew i had no money. we had talked about how much i been outta work since pandemic began. i was clear i could only afford the absolutely essential things that needed to be done. and he PURPOSELY under quoted me and jacked up the price to xxx with me. ive never met a more sadistic, awful man. TEN DAYS WITHOUT A CAR . This dealership is under new management/new owners and is WORSE than the previous owners. Been a customer for over a decade (closer to two). . This dealership is under new management/new owners and is WORSE than the previous owners. Been a customer for over a decade (closer to two). The last few years, I've left upset/unsatisfied EVERY TIME, the location is what keeps me coming back. They promised me a new piece for my bumper, then they fired the guy and wouldn't honor what was clearly written on my receipt. STUPIDLY came back again out of mere location convenience and the service is UNFORGIVABLE. Wednesday evening - Dropped off I asked for several small things, oil change, new wipers, missing hardware inside and out, and asked if my bike rack could be taken off the back tire. Day One - Thursday -- FRANK told me my jeep needed IMMEDIATE $3700 work. This was leaking, this is dire straights, new spark plugs, and on and on and on. Frank OFFERED to email me the list of repairs that my jeep needed ASAP. (something similar to what I experienced with VIVIAN a few years back). Day Two / Friday - No calls/No emails Day Three / Saturday - No calls/No emails Day Four / Sunday - they used to be open on Sundays. Didn't realize they were closed. Very Frustrated. Day Five / Monday -- Waited all morning, I had to call FRANK Monday afternoon. He said he misspelled my email and would send me the list of repairs AS WE SPEAK. Hung up, waited, and waited. Nothing. Day Six / Tuesday -- No calls/No emails Day Seven / Wed -- Called and spoke to SEAN the new manager. He was shocked at how long my jeep has been at their location (7 days now) and would speak to FRANK the following morning (Thursday) and would call me IMMEDIATELY. Day Eight / Thursday -- No calls/No emails. IGNORED by both SEAN and FRANK Day Nine / Friday-- I call AGAIN, Frank (transparently exasperated, sighing heavily, he's aggravated) tells me he will send the email. He only did the oil change. My jeep is ready to be picked up. DAY TEN - Saturday 8am -- Tracy is SPEECHLESS. He can't believe the state my jeep is in. My $250 bike rack is gone, not inside. They can't find it. Only 3 lug nuts (missing 2) on spare tire, oil change sticker still showing Oct 2018, and a brand new, very long scratch on my passenger door. TEN DAYS, the only thing done was the sticker for my registration was replaced. TEN DAYS without a car. NOTHING I requested, new wiper blades, oil change, missing hardware replaced, etc. NOTHING WAS DONE. And my stupid xxx is still waiting and wanting to give this dealership money ($3700) for repairs my jeep needs done IMMEDIATELY?? Tracy PROMISED me he would call AND email me before they closed at 4pm on Saturday -- he never did. More
