Service Department was excellent. I took my 2013 Chrysler Town and Country in for an oil change. Chris Yates greeted me and discussed the approximate length of time and the cost. While servicing the vehicle, the air filter was found to be very dirty. Chris called and asked if I wanted it changed and the cost. I agreed and when I went in to pick up my car, he showed me the dirty filter. I knew before any work was done exactly what the cost would be for the oil change as well as for the additional work. Painless, helpful, informative I took my RAM 1500 in subsequent to a recall. The service department technician took my vehicle without delay.
