It all started with a recall fix for the "death wobble" 10/2019. After the recall fix was completed, I experienced the actual death wobble in real life on the freeway 09/2020. At the 2nd visit for this, I was told the part was on back order but that "your jeep is safe to drive around town, just don't take it on the freeway or drive over 45." After verbalizing my dissatisfaction with this answer, they did find the part and had it fixed in about 2 weeks. Fast forward to July 2021. My jeep stereo has been randomly resetting it's self or just not turning on at all. Once again, made an appointment to take it in. After they had it all day, they tell me they are going to replace the stereo but it has to be ordered. Since it's been in to them last week, waiting for stereo, it will not start without having to jump start it. The jeep died at a busy traffic signal due to an unknown reason. I was able to jump start it, again and went directly to the dealership. I was met with the fashion I have come to know. "We are really busy. You can leave it and we will work it in, it will take a couple of days for us to get to it." Even after knowing that it keeps stranding me. This jeep has 29340 miles on it. It shouldn't be having these issues! I have another appointment this week to have that looked at while they are replacing the stereo. I'm just waiting for them to tell me they have to order the part for it. At what point is safety a priority? This is my daily driver and I don't have the ability to just leave it for days and continue to get back and forth to work. I already had to pay for their mess up on my bolts on the tire where it had been stripped. Oh yes, even after I made the appointment specifically for that, spent several hours waiting, just to be told they needed to order that part in too. I was going out of town. I had to pay for a rush delivery so the part could be replaced prior to going. I love my Jeep but I'm thinking about how dependable my Toyota was that I traded in. I just might be done with this dealership and my Jeep. More

Dealership service refused to replace a dead MOPAR 3 year warranty battery. Receipt was provided where the Jeep Purchase was made new Jeep in 17. Battery was replaced under warranty less than a year after we warranty battery. Receipt was provided where the Jeep Purchase was made new Jeep in 17. Battery was replaced under warranty less than a year after we bought it. The new battery is a MOPAR 3 year unlimited mileage battery and they still refused to cover it even though it was within the warranty period. Will never grace their steps again. Will drive 60 miles to another dealer before I drive 10 miles to this one. More

I asked at our hotel if there was a Jeep dealer near by, they printed out directions to your dealership. When we pulled into the service bay we were met by a very pleasant service writer who asked us our problem, she immediately contacted service mgr. and he diagnosed our problem to be plugged nozzles and said to take a seat in the lounge. Everyone was very cordial and kept us up to date. We were traveling from NJ to Naples but we were not familiar with the area. Thank you again for such reassuring assistance. I liked that I got an automatic text on my phone with the reps name and it said if I had any questions I could texted her. Around 2 pm I hadn’t heard anything so I texted my rep for a status update. Two minutes later she called me back and told me what they found. I went ahead with the repairs as I felt they were being honest about it and not trying to sell me more than I needed. Two hours later she called me and said my car was ready. I went to pay and they honored a coupon I had without any problems. Overall, the experience was fine and I had no problems with the service at all More
