I was there for an oil change at 1 pm. They were on time and finished in one hour. It would be nice if this dealership retained its Service Advisors more than a couple of years. My vehicle requires service (oil change) every six months since I don't put on the required milage to have it s Advisors more than a couple of years. Over the last years I have seen the same service advisor about twice and then third time they are no longer there. It would be nice to have the same service advisor constantly so that he/she could get to know my car and in turn I can get to know them. More

Run Forest, Run! Worst experience ever! I've had my Dodge Ram back for service on two separate occasions. So far they've just been "hanging parts on" to the tune of a Worst experience ever! I've had my Dodge Ram back for service on two separate occasions. So far they've just been "hanging parts on" to the tune of almost $4k and the problem STILL ISN'T FIXED! Luckily I purchased the MOPAR warranty when I bought my truck but I still have to pay a $100 deductible, The worst part is they can't seem to fix the problems and now Jermy the service manager can't be reached by phone and no one cares enough to return calls or text messages! If I could give a negative star review I definitely would. They always have to order parts to fix your problem but then after being at the dealership ALL day for the repairs they seem to discover right at closing time that they now need more parts and they'll have to order them from Orlando. This happened both times I had it there for repairs! Like I said before, RUN FOREST RUN!!!! More
