I took my Ram 3500 in for brakes, front left metal on metal for roughly 3 days waiting for my appointment. The right side had some brake pad left but when they took my truck to drive into the bay the tec metal for roughly 3 days waiting for my appointment. The right side had some brake pad left but when they took my truck to drive into the bay the tech drove it really fast to a dead end and hit the brakes. After they "diagnosed " the truck they sent 10 urgent repairs totaling over 6,000.00 25 non urgent repairs all found with in 30 -35 minutes. The Tech did not remove the wheels to inspect rotors until after the service advisor said he spoke to him and said both left and right rotors had to be replaced and I had no choice but have them do the work since I needed my truck back. I paid almost 1,200.00 for front brakes and rotors. The crazy part is when I reviewd my dash cam footage to see all of this , I see the tech drive my truck to the back of the lot and sit there for just over 3 minutes while you can hear things moving in my truck. Im not certain if he was rummaging through my belongings or not since it's a front facing camera with audio. However when he started to go to the main roadway he unplugged my dash cam. The concerning part is that my truck was set to the boost pressure gauge, basically what you would monitor when drag racing. When I spoke to the people at the dealership including a service manager they say if he unplugged it how do you know he did anything wrong? Thats the wrong attitude for them to have, I can only conclude that he did something that he didn't want anyone to see otherwise why unplug my dash cam? The dealership still claims that they are in the right about the work performed, im certain that they ripped me off one good rotor and one rotor that should have been able to be turned. More

This was the first and last time I will ever use Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Brooksville. To avoid a lengthy comment I will summarize. Told part would be there in 5 days, but when I called, my service adviser was no longer with the company and my part didn’t get ordered. When all parts were finally in they started work and informed me that they found something leaking and could fix it under my extended warranty( how convenient for them to make money). When I tried to understand how m, they say something was leaking but nothing ever dripped, she tried to double talk and made no sense and I quote “it is a leak that you would not see”. A leak that was causing the clutch to stick says the tech, but the clutch did not have any sticking issues. WEIRD? Lastly, they told me that replacing the steering dampner would fix the death wobble I started to get, but I guess they must not have test drove it because it still has the wobble. I filed a complaint with my Mopar extended warranty and also informed them they should look into the so called leaking they fixed, which I don’t believe it to be true. I got a case opened and I am taking my Jeep to another dealership. If you care about your car, don’t take it to this service department . More
If you are thinking of going to Brooksville Chrysler on 50, don't. This damage was caused by the dealership. The hood was not latched and flew up. The cover for the fuse box was not secured, either. They had it for 32 days, ruined our vacation and have the worst customer service. The loaner they gave us reeked(4 fragranced odor eliminators under the seats) and was impractical for our needs. After a week or so, they gave us another one that did not give my husband headaches from the smell. If you want to be insulted, go see the Sales Manager Bob. If you need information about your car and like to be ghosted, call Mike(we were told we were #1 priority, LOL!). The Service Manager Charlie is nice, but lacking in automotive knowledge. GM Shannon has her hands full with the bunch she has. They fixed the damage(that could have been avoided), but ruined our plans. Time we can never get back. Go to Jim Browne in Dade City. I wish we had.....😩 More

Every time I go there I wait hours for an oil change so I stopped going there for oil changes. Recently, I scheduled a recall appointment online, because I couldn’t get ahold of anyone in the service department. When I scheduled I explained in the note that I was coming in for a recall and would like someone to contact me to make sure the part would be there. As usual no return call. I continued to call until I finally got a human and scheduled the appointment on the phone. I asked to cancel the appointment made online and she said there was no online appointment. I asked to schedule me far enough out that they would be sure to have the part for the recall. She assured me the part would be there by the time of my appointment. She then told me it would take the whole day so I have to make an appointment early if I wanted my truck back the same day. The day before the appointment I got the reminder for the original appointment scheduled online. (That I was told didn’t exist.) Showed up for the appointment scheduled for earlier in the day. The person checking me in didn’t seem to be able to find my name on the list. Eventually, I was checked in. Was told it would be a couple hours and they would call when it was done. Over 7 hours later, I called. There was no answer as per expectations. Got a ride up to dealership to be told they took pictures of my truck and would be ordering the part and would call me to schedule a time to come in and fix the recall. This was all supposed to have been taken care of. They had my work truck for a full day, missing a day of income. They never told me I could come pick it up, and now they will have it for who knows how long if and when the part does come in and if they even call me to schedule the recall appointment as promised. There is no excuse for a place to run this poorly. Nobody seems to care about the customers. Nobody cared that I lost a whole day of work because my work truck was sitting there all day for nothing more than a photo shoot. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN! More

Had my car for over three weeks. The only reason they started working on it was because I was continually calling when I was picking it up. They left it running in the pick up lane. I shut it off, went to start it again and the car was dead. They blamed it on my battery reading low, but I had no issues with my battery when I dropped it off three weeks before so they jumped it to give it to me and they were gonna let me leave and wherever I was going to stop, they knew that my car was not gonna start, and I would be stranded, extremely unprofessional unorganized, and have no work ethic whatsoever.
