I have to say a great dealership, I love the separate booths where you can explain to your service tech the issues with your vehicle. lance my service tech was great, very understanding listen to my conc booths where you can explain to your service tech the issues with your vehicle. lance my service tech was great, very understanding listen to my concerns and was honest with me about how long it was gonna take. I did like the waiting room was comfortable, but the charging station I have to say did not charge my phone but overall service was great and my truck runs fantastic. More
Be careful purchasing a car from this place, especially if you are a woman. I purchased a car from them in June and I asked what their fees were. The salesman, Paul Zummo, told me that the only fees that t if you are a woman. I purchased a car from them in June and I asked what their fees were. The salesman, Paul Zummo, told me that the only fees that they have are $1195. I purchase the vehicle, went into finance with his brother, Sal Zummo, and he did not go over anything with me. He just said sign here, here, and here, and o was done. He said he didn’t charge me for my plate because I had one. I never walked out of there with any paperwork, just the registration. That’s all he gave me. I paid a huge downpayment, but still owed almost the price of the car. I thought it was just the interest. Yes, I should’ve been more diligent, but I was just so happy to get my daughter a car, and I thought these guys were really looking out for me and my daughter. I never received the contract until the end of July, and that was only because I asked for it. When I looked through it, I saw a fee that I was unaware of..a $999 IKON GPS fee. Now I see why they didn’t want me to see the actual numbers. No transparency at all. When I called up there I was told that this is what they use when they transport cars from dealership to dealership. I told them that I didn’t ask for that. They said but you signed the form. Sal never showed the form. He just said to sign. I asked for the GM but they won’t let me speak to him. They will not refund me for their lack of transparency. As I said earlier, yes, I should have been more diligent, but at the same time, I expect transparency and truth. Something neither salesman, nor finance manager, gave me. Lesson well learned. More
Over charging, and not reliable … not letting you know if anything else is wrong so they can get more money when you have to come back in. Every time I went in all of a sudden my extended warranty didn’t cov anything else is wrong so they can get more money when you have to come back in. Every time I went in all of a sudden my extended warranty didn’t cover it …$1,600. Every time I went in. .. first problem was no heating system $1,600. Then gps screen… $1,600. I have had to get a new transmission, 3rd brake light… engine replacement, breaks … and I could go on. Not only the 12,000. If put in repair work I’m also paying $800. a month and the dealership always takes a month to rebuild a transmission and 3 months to replace the engine… I just can’t wait for the next problem to happen, I replaced everything that now I can’t afford to replace it… I never say what else can happen… I don’t know about buying a new one. Mine was 2 years old… when I purchased the truck. I would expect this from a buy here pay here but not an established dealership.. and they don’t seem to care. Buyer beware!!!!!! Lee Smith-Jones More
I took my Ram 3500 in for brakes, front left metal on metal for roughly 3 days waiting for my appointment. The right side had some brake pad left but when they took my truck to drive into the bay the tec metal for roughly 3 days waiting for my appointment. The right side had some brake pad left but when they took my truck to drive into the bay the tech drove it really fast to a dead end and hit the brakes. After they "diagnosed " the truck they sent 10 urgent repairs totaling over 6,000.00 25 non urgent repairs all found with in 30 -35 minutes. The Tech did not remove the wheels to inspect rotors until after the service advisor said he spoke to him and said both left and right rotors had to be replaced and I had no choice but have them do the work since I needed my truck back. I paid almost 1,200.00 for front brakes and rotors. The crazy part is when I reviewd my dash cam footage to see all of this , I see the tech drive my truck to the back of the lot and sit there for just over 3 minutes while you can hear things moving in my truck. Im not certain if he was rummaging through my belongings or not since it's a front facing camera with audio. However when he started to go to the main roadway he unplugged my dash cam. The concerning part is that my truck was set to the boost pressure gauge, basically what you would monitor when drag racing. When I spoke to the people at the dealership including a service manager they say if he unplugged it how do you know he did anything wrong? Thats the wrong attitude for them to have, I can only conclude that he did something that he didn't want anyone to see otherwise why unplug my dash cam? The dealership still claims that they are in the right about the work performed, im certain that they ripped me off one good rotor and one rotor that should have been able to be turned. More
If I could give zero stars I would. Now I called my adviser to try and resolve this, but have not heard back so I moved in another direction. This was the first and last time I will eve Now I called my adviser to try and resolve this, but have not heard back so I moved in another direction. This was the first and last time I will ever use Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Brooksville. To avoid a lengthy comment I will summarize. Told part would be there in 5 days, but when I called, my service adviser was no longer with the company and my part didn’t get ordered. When all parts were finally in they started work and informed me that they found something leaking and could fix it under my extended warranty( how convenient for them to make money). When I tried to understand how m, they say something was leaking but nothing ever dripped, she tried to double talk and made no sense and I quote “it is a leak that you would not see”. A leak that was causing the clutch to stick says the tech, but the clutch did not have any sticking issues. WEIRD? Lastly, they told me that replacing the steering dampner would fix the death wobble I started to get, but I guess they must not have test drove it because it still has the wobble. I filed a complaint with my Mopar extended warranty and also informed them they should look into the so called leaking they fixed, which I don’t believe it to be true. I got a case opened and I am taking my Jeep to another dealership. If you care about your car, don’t take it to this service department . More
