Reading Reviews I'm a long time (17) years Christopher dodge customer. But not any more. I had my 2015 Ram 2500 6.4 hemi in. No oil temp. They had it a week. Changed sensor, computer. What kind of techs do they have? Told me they had to get with Chrysler. Told me to drive it that way. Stuck in limp mode. A week later. After I called them. Said it's a wireing issue. Put on a patch. Not warrantied. Didn't fix it. Said I need a new wireing harrnes $1200.00. They would call me when it came in. 3 months later still no call. I had it fixed at another Dodge dealer. $0.00. I have a 7 year 10000 mile warranty. I have a oil change service contract. With them. I'm afraid to take my truck to them. Afraid of what they will do to it. And say they aren't responsible. There techs shouldn't work on anything with a motor. So disappointed. I'm a true Dodge guy. Just not Christopher Dodge. Stay away!!!!! P.S. If you argue with them (service) they get pissed off and tell you to never come back. So I won't. Going somewhere else. More
Poor Service at Christopher Dodge World We purchased our Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel from Christopher Dodge World 3 years ago. In early June, 2019 the check engine light came on so we took it b We purchased our Dodge Ram 2500 Diesel from Christopher Dodge World 3 years ago. In early June, 2019 the check engine light came on so we took it back to them for service. We were told it was a transmission problem and it was going to be weeks before their mechanic could fix it because they had a back up of vehicles needing service. After a month of not having a vehicle and fully frustrated, we were told the truck was fixed and ready. We drove down from the mountains (hour away) to pick up the truck to find the next day the check engine light was back on and transmission problem was not resolved. After demanding they tow the truck back to the dealership, it was back at Christopher Dodge World for another 2 1/2 weeks waiting for the part to be delivered and installed. We were again assured it was fixed and ready for pick up. After picking up the truck and driving it 5 miles away, the check engine light was back on and transmission problem persisted. Christopher Dodge World had our truck for 6 1/2 weeks and the problem was never resolved. We are now talking to Stevenson Chevy about trading in the Dodge for a reliable Chevy Truck. I would never recommend Christopher Dodge World and a Dodge Product as they are incompetent, unable to resolve a situation in a timely manner and lack in customer service! More
Service was terrible I took my Journey at 8am after making the appointment 3 weeks prior, only had a couple issues I had to keep calling to find out anything about my ca I took my Journey at 8am after making the appointment 3 weeks prior, only had a couple issues I had to keep calling to find out anything about my car and I almost didn't get the car back till 6pm when they closed but I was told by the advisor that the tech thought my tires were unbalanced and car was out of alignment. The services advisor told me that he could see if the tire balancing and alignment could be covered under warranty Friday I called he said I'll talk with the warranty clerk and get back to you. Memorial Day they were closed so I called Tuesday and he said I'll talk to the warranty clerk I'll get back to you later today and now its Thursday and haven't heard a thing. More

Almost purchased unneeded parts I took my 2014 Ram 1500 in for service on 2 different issues. 1 was ruff idling and the other for the airbag light on. After 3 days no issues were fou I took my 2014 Ram 1500 in for service on 2 different issues. 1 was ruff idling and the other for the airbag light on. After 3 days no issues were found with idling and I was told that the drivers side airbag in the seat needed replaced 550.00 parts and labor to fix airbag. I was charged 130.00 for diagnosing issues. While waiting for airbag part to arrive I continued to drive my truck. The airbag light would go off and on continually. I am a big guy and it is hard to look under the seats but I managed to look under the seat very painfully and found one of the wiring harnesses twisted in the wrong direction pulling the connector apart. I straightened the harness and pushed the connector back together and the alarm went away. Drove to Oklahoma and back and no alarms or issues with airbag. Basically Christopher dodge connected to the truck looked at the error and ordered parts. Which I could have gotten the code for free at Autozone. Basically I paid 130.00 for them to diagnose nothing and almost paid 550.00 for a part that was not needed. I called to cancel the repair and expressed my disappointment and was told a manager would call me and yep you guessed it no call back. I will never do business with Christopher Dodge World again and based on my experience would suggest if you don't want to get charged for parts you don't need and get no customer service than go somewhere else to get your Dodge repaired. More
Service Department - Fail I bought my car just over a year ago, recently with about 12,000 miles on it, it began to run a little rough. Scheduled an appointment, brought it in the night before. Next day I had to call to check on my car at 2pm. Said they haven't been able to pinpoint the problem yet. I left the car overnight again. Next day when I call to check on it, they say they're doing a flash update and that should fix it, but turns out i get a call back that a cylinder is misfiring and they can't figure out which one it is. Reluctantly I agree to leave the car over the weekend. Fifteen minutes later I get a call back that my car is fixed and ready to pick up. They claim they changed the ignition coil. Picked up my car and it's running worse than it was before.. I don't believe they did anything to my car. I called them back not because I want anything from them but to let them know and they say I can bring it back in Saturday morning but later in the conversation Mark says he won't even have a tech there on Saturday!! Needless to say I am so disappointed with this service department for so many reasons. Poor customer service and a serious lack of integrity, Now, two days later from waiting a week for an appointment I'm sitting here waiting for another appointment and trying to plan transportation for the upcoming week. I bought the car brand new there and have had my scheduled maintenance done there. All I can say is that I'm highly disappointed. More

But unfortunately every other aspect of the business is a crap shoot. Below deck is a different story completely. They are over a month out on scheduling and can't even get emergencys covered in a reasonable timeframe. I call service to let them know the brakes on the new truck I just bought are failing and I can't stop, they tell me to come on in and they will test drive to try and replicate the problem...Pretty simple task as all you have to do is roll the car down the road and press the brake pedal right....Wrong. I show up, and they immediately tell me brakes are a wear and tear item, blah blah blah we most likely won't cover it. "We don't want to give you any false assumptions" Rick Lujan the director states. And schedule me an appointment and even though he claims he has never seen anything like this in the 31 years he has been doing this and that the truck is unsafe he has me back in the truck and leaving cause they can help me now. I come back and drop the truck off at my appointment time, missing work and losing my truck in the same day. Little does anyone know, an appointment time just gets you into another line which is open ended and who knows when you'll get your trick back. I ask that dodge meet me in the middle and help me get into a rental car as I shouldn't have to pay large sums of money for my truck to sit in the lot cause you can't fix what you sell in a reasonable time frame. Rick and Stewart both recite their cooperate verbage to me over and over and basically say that they dont back up what they sell and even though it's clear what's happening I have to pay full price to have them take their sweet time working on my truck. To the tune of basically 2-3 truck payments in rental car fees alone, not to mention loss of work time, and loss of my work truck....Which is brand new!!!!!! Long story short Rick finally blows his top and tells me to get out, they won't work on the truck at all. So I give him the proper goodbye and leave AGAIN in my unsafe truck that can't stop. I call the HR boss Art who tells me he will call me back shortly, he calls me at 5pm to let me know he has searched high and low and can't find a dealer who can get me in. I let him know another dealer (Larry H Miller cherry creek) is working out the problems for me as we speak, he hangs up.... You'd think that with all the recalls, lawsuits, and garbage going on with dodge they'd at least be helpful and work out the unsafe stuff ASAP....Wrong. Worst service I have ever had, I'll never buy RAM again and id recomend that if you want to buy a truck to go to another retailer if not a completely different manufactur as these folks will shaft you after your check clears. And let me guess....You'll write me telling me you hope you can earn my business back....well you lost that option after multiple attempts to have you do business with me. I'll have you know im so besides myself I'm contacting the BBB and other protection agency's and I'll be posting this as often and as broad as possible in hopes that it's warning is enough to make people steer clear of your store. No one should feel/be unsafe in their own NEW truck You are crooks and you don't deserve to be in business. More

There was one man who added winshield washer fluid and that's as far as it went. He walked away and again I waited. No one came to do an intake on my car, or say they're busy but they'll be right with me. I spent nearly $40,000 on a vehicle, but couldn't get decent customer service for an oil change. I have coupons for 3 free oil changes, but would rather go to Grease xxxxxx and pay for great customer service. More
