Very personable, professional and friendly service from the salesman, the business office and the owner. I feel I obtained a quality vehicle at a fair price and received a fair price on my trade in. Although service at the time of purchase was great there were areas for improvement. First, the vehicle fuel level was near empty when we got in to drive away. When I went back inside all but one person had left for lunch. We were given a voucher for gas at local station that filled the vehicle up to half. Second, it took over 30 days for Polson Automotive to send the registration information to my local DMV. I was told this was because someone from the business office was out on vacation and Polson didn't keep titles at their location. The forms we filled out at time of purchase were not complete so I had to leave and return later with my wife to sign. Because it was over 30 days I incurred a late registration fee. There was also a problem with the insurance verification because the registration was over 30 days. The DMV wanted a copy of my title from the trade in to prove it was not a lease (???). I called Polson (over lunch hour) and again only one person was in the office. After explaining the situation the gentlemen found the title for the vehicle I traded in 45 day ago and faxed it the DMV while we were there which was very helpful and appreciated. Prevented a third trip back to the DMV! All said and done I didn't get the vehicle registered until January 2018. Lastly, one of the features marketed to us was remote start. I should have asked to have it demonstrated because I later found out this vehicle does not have that feature. It would not have altered my decision to purchase at the agreed upon price but Polson should not have listed it as an option. Overall I would return to Polson Automotive if I again found a vehicle on their lot I was interested in. The experience was much better than any that I've had at a new car dealer. More

Helpful, Not Pushy Staff My first contact with Chris Polson Automotive was via email to determine if the vehicle I was interested was still available; a follow-up reply from a My first contact with Chris Polson Automotive was via email to determine if the vehicle I was interested was still available; a follow-up reply from a Sales Associate was very timely. When I coordinated my visit to Chris Polson Automotive to test drive the vehicle I was greeted very warmly. The Sales Associate, Mike Read, that I worked with was very easy to work with, no pressure and when I was ready to test drive the vehicle I was allowed to test drive without the Sales Associate which was very impressive to me. My solo test drive allowed me the opportunity to form my own independent opinion of the vehicle. I was also allowed the opportunity to have the vehicle independently assessed by our preferred mechanic. I was very pleased to have confirmation that the vehicle held no hidden surprises. It has been a few months since I purchased our 2009 Tahoe and I am happy to say that everyone in my family LOVES the Tahoe. My experience with Chris Polson Automotive was VERY POSITIVE. In fact when my husband was in the market recently for a Truck, he previewed, test drove and purchased his truck from Chris Polson Automotive. Should I find myself in the market for another vehicle at some point in time I will certainly look to Chris Polson Automotive for a review of their inventory. More
Rude Horrible People The sales man was sketchy and rude. The car broke down on Monday after purchasing it on Friday at 5:00. They paid for the tow only to learn that the corroded battery post was the reason for the problems and the car going into "limp mode". The sales man told me to pour a can of coke over it when I asked him about it on the day of purchase. Now...40 days after the purchase with the paper tags still on it, I have yet another tow and repair bill. This time it is because the key that came with the car is the valet key and the car is now in theft mode. When I called them about it Chris, the owner, was extremely rude. He told me it was ridiculous for me to expect them to pay or even help me with the repair cost and then he hung up on me. Even the tow truck driver commented on how many cars he tows with the Chris Poslon paper tag still on them. STAY AWAY! More
Quality dealership. I have purchased 3 vehicles from Polsons and over a period of 3 years I have not one compliant on any of those vehicles,and other than standard mainte I have purchased 3 vehicles from Polsons and over a period of 3 years I have not one compliant on any of those vehicles,and other than standard maintenance have not had any problems with any of the three.My 2002 Pre Runner had 158000 miles on it when I got it, it now has 183400 and Still gets 200 miles on a half tank of gas around town driving(it's a great 4 cylinder) and doesn't't burn a drop of oil!!! Love this truck. Thank a million Cris.L.Allard. More
