As it pertains to the service department - I brought my wife's car in to get looked at. I requested they found out what was causing a noise we were hearing. That was all we requested. They gave us a number of other things they'd like to fix, some of it was necessary and I took care of it, but I did not request this service. They told me the noise we were hearing was because of a bent wheel. I thought this was odd because the noise wouldn't really make me think bent well, but I figured they're the professionals. They quoted me $1300 just to replace the one singular wheel. I said absolutely not and left. I got the wheel fixed elsewhere. The noise persisted. We were charged $240 for the noise diagnoses, an they were wrong. This resulted in me having to go to another mechanic who got it right and fixed it. I called Chris Nikel on 12/15/25 and spoke with management. I don't remember exactly who it was. But he agreed that it would be frustrating to bring my vehicle in and be charged and not receive what I asked for. He told me he would call me back by the end of the day to "make it right" and he did not. The employees I spoke to while there were all kind and helpful. But being charged $240 for an incorrect diagnosis was crazy. I could have had a bent wheel diagnosed by discount tire for free. I brought it here because I expected them to have Jeep parts on hand and have more knowledge as it pertains to their own vehicles. I won't be back. More

I am sorry to hear about your experience with the Chris Nikel parts department. My visit to the parts department was extremely disappointing. I needed a code to program my vehicle, and despite providing my Nikel parts department. My visit to the parts department was extremely disappointing. I needed a code to program my vehicle, and despite providing my passport as identification, the staff informed me that it wouldn't work. Throughout the process, I felt that I was being needlessly sent back and forth to my vehicle to gather items. After finally obtaining everything they requested, I was then told that the matter would need to be taken to the manager. The overall treatment I received led me to feel deeply uncomfortable, and I couldn't help but suspect that I was being discriminated against due to my race. It's disheartening to think that such attitudes still persist in this day and age, and the experience left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I sincerely hope that the Chris Nikel parts department takes steps to address issues of customer service and sensitivity to diversity, as no one should have to endure the kind of treatment I experienced. Outstanding! I'm not necessarily a new customer but one returning after being gone to long. My old dealership sold out and thus I started looking. If course it would be great to say zero hiccups happened, but that is not real life. I line to see how someone handles things when and if they happen. I'm am extremely pleased with the professional way everything was done. If I was forced to give a area of opportunity it would be communication. I think that is always a area that needs more attention. That said I have zero complaints. They will be getting my business in the future and I also will personally recommend them. Side note I hold a ASE certificate and was watching closely how my service and warranty work was done. More
