I can't tell you how disappointed I am with the service provided by Diane. I bought a 2016 Chevy Cruize from her. Six weeks later, my tire TPS light came on. She sent me to Town Fair Tire in Springfield t provided by Diane. I bought a 2016 Chevy Cruize from her. Six weeks later, my tire TPS light came on. She sent me to Town Fair Tire in Springfield to replace sensors. After 4 attempts, they explained to me that, they only use aftermarket parts, and they don't work in all cars. I called Diane, and she told me "What's the big deal. It's just a sensor. You don't need it. If you want to go to a dealer and pay for a diagnostic, I can do that, but she was not going to pay for it. Stay away from Chris Auto Sales. They do not stand behind their vehicles More

Those vehicles lasted until they got full time jobs and wanted something new. Back to Chris Auto they went to upgrade their cars. Overall, great cars, well serviced, great variety.
