Jim was so knowledgeable about the vehicles they had available for sale, and he made sure to pay attention to every detail to get me into exactly what "I" was looking for rather than push me into something I didn't want just to make the sale. Their clerk Kim was also highly efficient having all of my paperwork ready for me in hardly any time at all.
