WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER. Do not do business with these shysters. I bought a truck from them on 1/19, but couldn't take delivery for a week b/c a check engine light came on (wh Do not do business with these shysters. I bought a truck from them on 1/19, but couldn't take delivery for a week b/c a check engine light came on (which I didn't find out until I was en route to pick it up). It took them a week to get that resolved (conveniently short-circuiting the lemon law, which requires inspection within 7 days of purchase). The truck failed inspection and the check engine light kept going on and off, and they made a bunch of excuses. Then it broke down completely. I had it towed back to them to repair it on 3/7, and today on 3/30 they STILL don't have it ready for me to pick up. I need my vehicle for work and they have stalled me every step of the way. And they've never once called me with an update when they said they would--I have to call them to find out there's another 3-4 day delay. And they're trying to blame me, like the place I got it inspected didn't know it was a diesel (what?) or that I ran it out of oil (no idiot light, no low oil pressure on the gauge). I asked Ray, the owner, to just cancel the transaction so I could just go buy something else that would let me do my work, but he refused with some threatening language about how I shouldn't even try going after them under the lemon law. I have never had a worse experience while buying cars. I purchased a 27,000 dollar used car. The car had been modified and would not pass inspection. I brought the car back to be fixed. When I drove the car for another day the check engine light came on. I contacted the dealership owner who never returned my phone call. I decided to bring my car to a dealership and pay for a professional diagnostic check, they told me they had seen the car before and referred to it as a 'nightmare'. When I brought the car back to the dealership to show them the findings ( a 5,200 dollar part amongst a laundry list of other issues) I was literally screamed at and threatened. It seems he may not abide by the signed warranty by stating it was sold as is. Stay away from these people and place. More
