I want to say the sale and the vehicle itself was great. I did not include my salesman in this because he was great to work with. The most important statement is this: DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY! They pitch you a great warranty deal (mine covered nearly every possible part that doesn't have normal wear and tear.) This gets them an extra $2000 on the sale of the vehicle. HOWEVER, they do not send the application to the warranty company until you need to use it. (A scam way of making an extra $2000.) First, I bought the vehicle in April, 2012. The vehicle needed bearing work in December 2012. They finally find the problem. They tell me they will send in the "repair request" to the company to approve my repair. It took almost FOUR weeks to hear back just to find out they had a couple "forms" I needed to sign. They didn't tell me what they were. A few days later I get a letter from both Morrie's and Warrantech (warranty company). Warrantech says my application was declined and the dealer should issue a full refund. Morrie's sent me a warranty revision form. Original coverage that the signed contract states was 54,000 miles or 54 months whichever comes first. They reduced it to 25 months and 24,000 miles. However, they still wanted to charge me $2000. As you can see, Morrie's has broken the contract that both them and I have signed and taken my $2000 that I have been paying premiums on for 12 months (it is now April and it isn't resolved). I tried to work it out reasonably by agreeing on a fair price for the new warranty. From there on, Loren Patten continued to ignore any communication from me. I then contacted Bill Bertrand, the manager, and he seemed concerned and acted as if he would get it resolved right away. I kept checking back with him week after week, and eventually he ignored communication as well. The ONLY reason I would ever buy from them again is because of their great price on vehicles but would NEVER agree to any sort of warranty again. Bill Bertrand and Sarah Starck finally contacted me at the end of April, which is 4 to 5 months after my problem, to issue a full refund of the warranty and offer to fix my vehicle. I saw the warranty check from Morrie's through email. I still have to see if the bank has received it. Problem on the vehicle is yet to be fixed. More

Took our car to Moories for new tires. Service department was prompt and friendly. Even allowed us to do an alignment and oil change that was not planned the same day (late Fri afternoon). We purchased a certified pre-owned Mazda 6 from here and the front tires were low on tread. They measured the tread depth and found that they were in need of replacing. This to me is a big perk to buy here as we know how Wisconsin roads are full of salt in the winter and with them drying it I don't have to worry about my doors freezing. This was all free of charge with their Buy Happy Program which is great, especially with Christmas only a week away. I would recommend Morries Chippewa Valley Mazda to friends and family because I now know first hand that they stand behind their word and honor their commitment to customers. Stopped in for a tire rotation today at Morrie's Chippewa Valley Mazda, was greeted by Brett when stepping out of the car. Such great customer service and friendly staff in the service department. Also a shout out to the technician Blake for taking care of the license plate bracket problem, he was super friendly and quick to fix it. LOVE the drive in service door, just drive up and the door opens automatically for you. Then off to the customer lounge to wait while the work was being done. Once the work was completed, Brett came in with the receipt and I was on my way. Thanks for making the service department customer friendly!!! :)) More
I had a check up for my 2006 Chevy Equinox's today at Morrie's Mazda. When I got there I was greeted by Christopher Dunn and he walked me back to service where I met Brett Mathison, and Chris pulled my c Morrie's Mazda. They diagnosed my car with a wheel bearing problem, and since they had the part there, my car was fixed the same day! What great service I received today, I would reccomend them to all my friends and family! More
Myself and a friend to Morries for a scheduled oil change on her Mazda3. She wanted to get a lower payment, which would also lower her car insurance. After trying a couple cars she decided on a Mazda 6 that on her Mazda3. She wanted to get a lower payment, which would also lower her car insurance. After trying a couple cars she decided on a Mazda 6 that was 3 yrs older but well taken care of. Chris showed us how many previous owners there was and he was well educated on the cars. She also got a 100,000 mile major and minor coverage on the car along with a lower payment and lower insurance. Chris did a great job. Why would I recommend Morries? Everyone there is friendly, helpful, and want the customer to be satisfied. My friend also got a free gas card. She loves her new car....Go Morries More
