They had arranged to pick up my vehicle at my workplace and somehow that communication got mixed up so I had to call them and remind them to come and get it. They did finally get it. Customer service representative Miguel, spoke as if common sense was the factor and I have say, was very subtle in his rudeness which was extremely insulting, and which only set the tone for the rest of my experience.
