I called right away, but they couldn't see me for nearly two weeks. After 2 hrs of waiting, I was told I needed a pcm update, which they performed. (why wasn't this found and addressed during my original appointment instead of wasting another 2 hours of my time?) They quickly brushed over this update info and spent a lot of time saying my car mat was causing the problems. Seriously? I've had the car and car mats for several months without ANY problems. The transmission problems started immediately after the oil change. I don't know how that correlates to a pcm update, but the timing tells me it wasn't a car mat. geesh. More

On Monday, June 5th, I brought my Chevy Cruze in at 7:30am to be detailed. I was informed that my car would be done early in the afternoon. Early afternoon came and went, and it wasn't until about 4: 7:30am to be detailed. I was informed that my car would be done early in the afternoon. Early afternoon came and went, and it wasn't until about 4:30pm that afternoon that I received a call explaining that they wanted to keep my car overnight so that they could shampoo the seats and return my car to me in the best condition. I agreed and they said they would have it ready early the following morning. Having a dentist appointment around noon, I figured it would have been no issue. Morning came and I received no call regarding my vehicle. It wasn't until about 10:30am that I was beginning to be concerned that I wouldn't have my car to go to meet my appointment. I called and was told that they were putting the floor mats back in and wiping stuff down and that it would take between twenty to thirty minutes. We waited about forty-five minutes and received no phone call to tell us that the car was ready to be picked up. We decided to drive to the dealership, unsure of whether or not we would be getting a call and arrived to find my car sitting in the lot - seemingly ready to be picked up. When we met with, I believe Trevor, he told us that my car had been kept overnight because it hadn't met the expectations of the manager and that fifty dollars had been taken off my bill. I paid and was given my keys. Entering my car, I was highly disappointed with the quality of the car, especially as it had been kept for nearly a day and a half. Upon entering my car, I noticed: 1. Not everything was wiped down properly, I could still find dust in easy to reach places. 2. The spaces between the driver and passenger seats were not vacuumed, we bought a cheap vacuum at Walmart later in the day and cleaned it with no hassle. 3. I have doubts that the seats were shampooed and if they were, they were done poorly from stains that remained. Overall, I was very disappointed as I had hoped that bringing my vehicle here to be detailed for the price that I had paid and the length of time that my car had been held onto. I felt like bringing it up at the time, but I felt that I had already given enough of my time for a service that I felt had been done poorly and had an appointment to meet. As for service, I felt that by the way my exchange went with Trevor before being given the keys to my vehicle that something was wrong and that my car was not detailed in the way that anyone would have hoped for. For the foreseeable future I don't believe that I will return to Morries for service or when I'm in the market for my next vehicle. While I appreciate fifty dollars being taken off my bill, I don't believe I should have been charged for the service performed. More
