They provided me with an exceptional loaner vehicle, so that I was able to leave my vehicle overnight and not interrupt my completed on my vehicle! After the second time my passenger door stop working. .I took it in to get it fixed. Had frustrating experience here, came in to get my oil changed and tires rotated which went all well and fine but during their routine inspection I was made aware that I needed to replace my rear break pa changed and tires rotated which went all well and fine but during their routine inspection I was made aware that I needed to replace my rear break pads and rotors. I had them replaced in November 2022, just over a year ago by chippewa valley mazda. It seems suspicious that I have to replace them so soon since this is the first time I have had replace them since buying the car in 2018 when I have been doing the same amount of driving mainly on highways. It leads me to believe that they either replaced them incorrectly or with something cheap and charged me over $500. I will be going else where for the rest of my maintenance. A cherry on top of the experience as I left the service center my low tire pressure sensor came on, couldn't even fill my tires More

I received the best service from the entire staff during the last servicing of my car. Everyone was polite and explained everything very well, including information about my tires and when I should replace the last servicing of my car.
