I honestly wish that you could train other dealerships! I originally scheduled an appt for my 2024 Mazda CX90 at Dahl in LaX. There is nothing, NOTHING good I have to say about that experience. More details in my review on THEIR site. Anyway, Dahl is less than 5 miles from my office. I choose to drive an hour to CVM from my home instead, because I trust them to do what is needed, with respect, honesty and integrity. Heather always checks in with me as my vehicle is being diagnosed/worked on; and she does so with a smile and positive energy. The icing? The mechanic sends a VIDEO of my actual vehicle, complete with a narration of what was inspected and completed with my vehicle that day. FABULOUS! Keep doing what you are doing.
