I am a little confused on why the piece of plastic that was hanging from our car wasn't noticed on the Friday the 10th of May when we brought the car in for new struts and shocks. We know it was already h was hanging from our car wasn't noticed on the Friday the 10th of May when we brought the car in for new struts and shocks. We know it was already hanging down because it was noticed as we drove it in by the people who picked it up. We had to make an additional phone call and an extra trip to have it fixed. Seems to me when they were working on the struts and shocks it should have been noticed and a phone call made. Brings to question the inspection process that is used. More
