I have tried having Childre service my vehicles, seems they use untrained personnel to change the oil, rotate tires and check out the vehicle. They used a impact wrench to rotate the tires, they were tor they use untrained personnel to change the oil, rotate tires and check out the vehicle. They used a impact wrench to rotate the tires, they were torqued so much over the 83 ft lbs that the book calls for that they had to get a long pull handle to loosen them and then they had to jump on it at that. This causes the brake rotors to warp when not done properly. This take a few thousand miles to show up in the brake pedal pulsing when you put on brakes. The only cure is to have the rotor turned if it has not been turned before. This is all in the ASE test for mechanics of which they do not use ASE certified mechanics for the routine oil change and tire rotation. They should be under an ASE certified mechanic to do this work. They have a long history of this as I had my wife to carry our 4-wheel drive car to have the oil changed and the rear end checked out good. I received a big note, "this is a front wheel drive car, it does not have a rear end" I called and asked if it was 4-wheel drive, how did it work without a rear end? The service manager said, oh we did not know it was 4-wheel drive, my response, " It is written all over it, in big letters. Then I guess i am glutton for punishment, I had dropped off my same 4-wheel drive car for an oil changed, they called me saying I needed brakes, I told the service manager, that is strange, I had changed the brakes two weeks before. What makes me angry is, most women, and a lot of men do not know a thing about a car. The dealership takes advantage of unsuspecting people. Do not buy from this dealership. I purchased a car from them and I was signing papers Danielle claimed she was having it “cleaned”, well they cleaned it out all right, of the floor mats and cargo mat. I realized when I got home and Danielle was patronizing and just put me off. This company has zero integrity and is dishonest! Lesson learned! More
Best Car Purchase Experience So Far I have had a couple of awful car buying experiences in the past 10 years and this one was shaping up to be bad as well. I was looking for a used Niss I have had a couple of awful car buying experiences in the past 10 years and this one was shaping up to be bad as well. I was looking for a used Nissan Leaf and everyone I spoke with was either ignorant of EVs or wouldn't negotiate price (those no-hassle places rip you off with the fees). Some places were both. After about a month-long exhaustive search, I decided to look further away (I'm in Central Florida) and I found a Leaf at a decent price with low mileage at Childre (as well as one from ZOOM, an online dealership). At Childre, after an initial phone call with a salesman who didn't seem to know much about it, I ended up speaking with Josh Coffey. To my surprise, he was the first (and only) person at a dealership who actually knew something about EVs. I asked him to charge it up for me and let me know what the range was at 100%. He knew exactly what I was asking for and had it done within a couple of hours (it literally took one dealership I spoke with 3 days to do this for me for another Leaf). He gave me the total price up front and we were able to smoothly negotiate the price over the phone. I never felt like he was using any deceptive sales practices with me and we were able to talk honestly about what I needed. Ultimately, it came down to price with the 2 Leafs I was looking at. When I told Josh Zoom would deliver and with them I'd have to come get it, he immediately offered to have it carted down to me. Once we settled on price, they beat the online dealership at the bottom line. From there, everything went smoothly. So smoothly, in fact, that I was convinced something was wrong. But, again to my surprise, everything worked out. A super-nice older gentlemen named Johnny brought the car down on a trailer, showed me the features, gave my wife a quick tutorial, and we sat at the end of the trailer on a perfect day in Daytona signing paperwork and enjoying the breeze. The entire delivery experience was great. Josh called within 30 minutes of the completion of the sale to see how things went and to make sure I was satisfied. I really can't say enough good things about my experience with Josh, Johnny, and Childre Nissan. Around 75% of the online reviews I've done have been negative, so it's good to write a positive one after an experience like this one. Overall, it was the best experience I've had with buying a car. I love the Leaf and I hope to do business with them again in the future. More

Found out they broke my cv axle,ball joint,and motor mount. They did not offer to fix my car but gave ME a bill for $600.They of course put the blame on me EVENTHOUGH I only went in for some simple recalls.I would not recommend coming here for repairs. Take it elsewhere! Thank me later! More
