The website was easy to navigate and the pictures of the vehicles were helpful. Making an appointment for a test drive could not have been easier. Both Gregg and Marc were extremely pleasant to work with - all of our questions were answered. The sales experience alone was exactly what we were looking for - they treated us with respect and there were no high pressure sales techniques! They offered a fair price for the vehicle.and we were able to complete the paperwork in 10 minutes from start to finish. Our car was prepared and waiting for us when we were ready to leave - we did not have to wait for the car to be prepared as is customary at other dealerships. And on top of all that, we received a shiny travel mug which was placed in the car as a surprise. Icing on the cake!. This is the second car we have purchased from Chignoli and both times have been outstading. We are very happy customers! More

Great buying experience! I contacted Chignoli Auto Sales about a VW Tiguan I found at there dealership on the internet. I had found several others in the Chicago area at othe I contacted Chignoli Auto Sales about a VW Tiguan I found at there dealership on the internet. I had found several others in the Chicago area at other dealers and they were not as described. Was told great car like new all that sales stuff but when I got there scratch here big dent here so on. But at Chignoli Auto Sales Greg answered all my questions about the car and it was exactly as described and the price was better than the others along with the condition being better. Also was able to finance through Chignoli Auto Sales with a great interest rate. Thank you Greg! More
