I previously read all the reviews about this dealership before going, and I can see why they have such a great reputation and years of success. Customer service is clearly their #1 priority. We hadn't pu before going, and I can see why they have such a great reputation and years of success. Customer service is clearly their #1 priority. We hadn't purchased a car in years, and were forced to as the result of an accident. My husband and I dread the car shopping experience. I will say that coming to Chignoli was the best decision we could have made. Joe and Marc made our car buying experience painless, and easier than we could have ever expected.
