Employees of Chignoli's are very friendly, courteous, and customer oriented. I went in knowing what car I wanted to test drive and had no problem obtaining that car to drive. Joe went right in brought and customer oriented. I went in knowing what car I wanted to test drive and had no problem obtaining that car to drive. Joe went right in brought out the license plate and let me take it for a test drive. Once back, I had a few questions about the car which Joe answered promptly--he was very knowledgeable about the car and then I asked if we might go and talk about the car. Once inside, Joe proceeded to prepare the paperwork, explain to me the figures, and we had a deal. I was probably there less than 2 hours and had a car. I had to go get the check and Joe said the car would be ready within the hour. Once obtaining the check I was back, Mark handled the financial end; I did not have the title for my trade-in so Mark said drop it by once I had it. I dropped it off the next day. I had nothing but a pleasant experience dealing with Chignoli's. Prompt, courteous, friendly people at Chignoli's. More

I have not purchased a new vehicle since 2002. Dealing with a 'Car Salesman" was not something I was looking forward to. However, when I walked in Chignoli Auto I was quickly put at ease with the friend with a 'Car Salesman" was not something I was looking forward to. However, when I walked in Chignoli Auto I was quickly put at ease with the friendliness of Joe Chignoli. He listened to what I was looking for in a car and showed me only the cars t hat would fit my price range. After test driving a few cars (on my own without the pressure of a sales person along for the ride) I decided on one and we sat down and worked out the numbers. I was very happy with the price and the great interest rate I was offered too. I drove off in a beautiful 2012 used car. I love my Chrysler 200.
