I have always known of Chignoli Auto, but it was not until 5 years ago that I made my first purchase. My wife and I have never owned a brand new automobile, and most likely never will. There was not pressure, no haggling, and they treated me as though they had known me for years. Fast forward to today, and I have purchased three cars myself, and both my mother, mother in law, and a few friends have gone there and enjoyed simillar experiences. We recently went from a minvan to a crossover SUV, and Joe and family helped us take our time to find the perfect car for our needs. The trade in value was very fair, and the cost of the new car was very competitive right out of the box. I'm the type that has to be moved to write recommendations for service providers other than the company I work for, and Chignoli is one that I offer up without hesitation. If you are in the Will County area and have not at least paid them a visit, I tell you that you're really missing out on experiencing customer service the way that only a family owned company can provide. We visited this dealership because my husband was looking a specific model of car. We liked the look of this particular model when viewing it online. He let us both go in the car without him (I had to give him my license to copy). But, to me that was unheard of. I was very impressed with the deal. The list price was 19,500. They gave us $600 off the asking price. Plus, gave us an additional $400 for trade in on our current car. SIGHT UNSEEN! The loan APR and length were very competitive to our own credit union. All in all, it was an awesome experience. We would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. Glad we stopped in and bought. More
