I do my best to have all of my service work done through Chiefland Chrysler. I own a 2015 Grand Caravan and a 2020Grand Caravan and Chiefland Chrysler has done over 95% of my service work. As long as the work is maintained at an affordable cost I will continue to bring my auotmobiles to you, but realistically and oil change is an oil change and not worth $20 - $25 more than the competition. Was well informed on time it took,was asked about concerns other than the service,was asked about my 4wheel drive because my dash said needed to be service.But I though my tire rotation was free with concerns other than the service,was asked about my 4wheel drive because my dash said needed to be service.But I though my tire rotation was free with oil change.But I guess not !
