Took my jeep limited in because my USB ports and CarPlay weren’t working. They told me I needed two new USB ports at a cost of over $900. Took the car home and read online where I can do a soft boot on the weren’t working. They told me I needed two new USB ports at a cost of over $900. Took the car home and read online where I can do a soft boot on the system which would take four minutes and then it might fix it. It did!! Paid over 300 for them to look at it but I saved over 600. They’re a dealership they should’ve known about that soft boot or they did and just wanted to make some extra money More
