Terry Kelley was wonderful to work with. He wasn’t pushy, which is why we avoid new car dealerships most of the time. Terry was knowledgeable and very helpful with getting us what we wanted. Even after taking our car home, Terry still keeps in touch to make sure we are liking our Wagoneer and if there is anything we need. Great customer service from Terry! The finance manager was wonderful as well. Very helpful and nice to work with! I can’t review the general manager from this location, though, because we never met him. You would think when you are spending a high dollar amount on a new vehicle, the manager would at least want to come out and say hello, but apparently he was too busy…even though he never had anyone in his office. A thank you would have been nice, but he had left for the day before we even finished our paperwork. More
