My truck was in the shop after hitting a very bad construction zone. I brought it in because all of the lights came on such as ABS, traction control and 4 wheel drive as well as a bad grinding after construction zone. My truck was there for 3 weeks and the moment I picked it up, all the lights were still on and the grinding was still there. The very next day while driving it, I lost control of my truck and a large amount of white smoke came billowing out. After having it towed back there, I was told it would be about 7-10 days before they could get it back in the shop. I had it towed to a local shop and it turns out that the hub assembly had been damaged after the construction zone and it was completely destroyed. They let me leave the shop like that and I nearly crashed my vehicle because of it. The bearing and hub assembly wasn’t even on the ticket for replacement. I will never bring my truck back there.
