Rhonda at the service desk was super helpful and friendly. They got my car in and out in a day with no appointment. They diagnosed and fixed that along with several other small repairs they found. Probably the easiest car purchase ever for my wife & I. We were there for awhile only because we test drove 4 vehicles. Once we settled on the car we bought the process was fairly quick. Their service charges, will make me think twice, next time I shop for a new car. They did oil & filter/ tire rotation. Pricy, but I guess that’s how it is. It had a fresh, check engine light. I had to come back for a second appointment. They couldn’t find a problem, but refastened the gas cap. They tried to charge me $100. I involved sales, at which time they dropped the charges. Apparently, if they can’t duplicate the problem, you pay 1/2 any way. Having been trained as a factory mechanic, I realize, there are many times they get flat rate for a repair, that may take considerably less time. I think they can well afford to take care of the customer, in a case like this. After I complained, they dropped the charge, but was sure to tell me next time I will pay. I guess I expected better care, for a car, considering all the extra padding dealers charge when you buy their car, I even bought the extended warrantee. The car just reached 20,000 miles. More
