My most recent purchase was right in the middle of SNOWMAGEDDON 2021 and on the drive home, my car broke down. I bought it as is, no warranties expressed or implied. I sent the owner a text and within an hour, I had calls from 3 different people from the dealership including the owner and the service director. (It was a Sunday) They shipped the car back to their shop, replaced the broken parts, and then went through the entire vehicle too to bottom to make sure it was 100%. THEN they shipped it back to my house! ALL ON THEIR DIME!!! I’ve never seen such integrity, character, or EXTREME customer service and will be a RAVING customer for life! CROOK, THIEF, DECEIVERS AND UNETHICAL CAR DEALERS EVER I do not know where to begin! DO NOT BE DECEIVE IN BELIEVING IN THEIR SO CALL PICTURES OF THE VEHICLE. They advertise falsely and illegally. I found their site since the price was reasonable and due to my professionalism I needed the police package vehicles. First and foremost, they are very inappropriate unprofessional individuals who do not know how to communicate and deceive individuals who rather transfer their vehicles throughout the state, due to long distance travel. I liked the vehicle so I begin calling and trying to inquire regarding it. No one answers then on the other end after multiple calls; person answers with heavy Indian accent and tells me what I wanted to hear. I asked for prior accident and certain inquiry regarding vehicle. They said in quote " well the car was hit by a deer once and there is nor prior accidents period; I just drove the vehicle you like and the vehicle is awesome but needed break change so I changed it, but other than that the vehicle is in good condition". Well, I reside in NYC and could not travel to Chicago for the vehicle that cost 5600 dollars not to mention flights , hotel and etc. So of course I took their words and decided to purchase the vehicle after seeing the accident results but unfortunately I was unable to see vehicle myself and even I would have seen it I would not known issues unless I hired a mechanic that I trust but how can I since I do not reside there. I was suspecting something might be wrong here since the vehicle had 60000 mileage and I am buying for 5600. They did give me hard time because they would not help to transfer vehicle when they should! Upon receiving my vehicle, I took it to my mechanic and here it goes.... I have several issues such as leaking rack n pinion, rotors are completely gone, ac systems needs to be replaced since their is a very bad leaking, few holes at the back seats that I did not view during the pictures since there was no pictures of holes clearly, ac thermometer needs to be replace, headlight bulb is not working and tires had never been replaced. The price estimated 2300 dollars. So I call them back and state my problems and warned them for ILLEGAL FALSE ADVERTISEMENT that I can clearly press charges. This is what they tell me "sir we checked the vehicle and it was just fine unless you got in accident or something" xxx!. I just received this vehicle few hours ago and took it straight to mechanic and vehicle needs to be inspected and registered by DMV. I can not drive without all that. So after multiple conversation their so call Pakistani boss calls me and I have to prove myself by showing many receipts that I have already begin to spending money since I needed the vehicle for my work. After the conversation for half hour they decided to reimbursed me for only 1100 dollars while I spent 2300. I was stupid enough to take the money and walked away. Its been 10 months and I paid additional 800 dollars on the top for more wiring issues! Week by week vehicle has some sort of issues over and over. Bottom line is they are crook and whatever happen to Chicago so call finest. They should have them arrested and revoke their licenses for a car dealers. DO NOT FALL INTO THEIR TRAPS!. Within a week of the original purchase, I was driving a replacement, new truck purchased from them. Even though I believe the truck I purchased had the problems, from the auction they purchased from, Abdul and Ted stood behind their product. They did EVERYTHING they could to make me happy, including taking the broken truck back. I have no problems now with the new truck. I am a very happy and satisfied customer. These are extremely honest people with integrity and will stand behind their product and make you happy. Buy with confidence. I would not hesitate to buy another car from Abdul and Ted at Chicago Motors Inc. More

Waste of time!!! My husband and I drove three hours to go here to look at four different cars. I talked to someone the night before to see if they take trade ins. When we got there the parking was very poor. I think we circled the block three times to finally get a parking spot around the block. The lot was horrific. Cars were super dirty and you couldn't fit between the cars enough to even walk through. Once we got in the tiny office, the man didn't really seem to know how to talk to customers or sell a car. He gave us keys to one vehicle we were wanting to look at and the key fob didn't even work. The cars were so close together you couldn't even open the doors all the way to see or get in the car. The smell in the first one was horrible and was way different cosmetically than in the pictures online. There were lots and lots of scratches that they did not show on the pictures. I understand they were used cop cars, but at least show the scratches so it isn't deceiving especially for people that are driving a long way to get there. The layer of dirt on them doesn't help either. We went ahead and looked at the second vehicle we were interested in. This one was a little better cosmetically outside and inside. But they fill the holes on the roof where lights used to be with a type of caulk and it looks super trashy because they overflow the hole and it bulges out. It just looks bad, very bad. Understanding these are cop cars, there are still holes in the ceilings where they have ripped out dome lights and where spotlights were taken out. Total turn off to buy the car. While listening to the engine run with the second vehicle, I told the man before we go further I wanted them to assess my trade so they could be doing that while I look at more cars. He asked me what kind of car it was and if I had the title. Of course I did not have the title. I had a loan. It is an almost $35,000 car, $65,000 brand new. He told me if you don't have the title in hand they won't take trades. He went on to mention that they don't finance anymore. I told him that I already had financing set up with my bank and will have a check for them but first I needed him to look at my trade. I'm not sure if they are aware, but the bank sends the title to them once the loan is paid off by them via a check which would take less than a week to get in the mail. He kept saying they don't finance there, which was frustrating, because again, I wasn't asking them to finance. He said they only do trades if you have the title in hand. I was never told this when I spoke with the man the previous day. I told him about speaking with the guy the day before who assured us they took trades and I also mentioned that we had just drove three hours to look at their cars. He said he felt bad but there was nothing that he could do. I then told him we were wasting our time there then because we went there to trade in my car, which is definitely their loss because this was a very rare car. If there was better parking, they may have been able to see that they would have wanted my car in their lot. I'm not trying to gloat, but it would have given them some business that they needed. All in all, from the moment we got there, the whole place gave off bad vibes. I would not suggest driving from out of town, or even out of state to go here because you WILL be disappointed. After spending almost $100 in gas to get there and back and taking about 7 hours of my life I will never get back, I'm very disappointed. Their pictures online are very deceiving, the parking was awful, and the service/communication sucked. More
