Purchased a lemon Jeep Wrangler 2007 What can i say... they were very friendly through out the transaction. When i test drove the Jeep the check engine light did not came on. They offered to drop off the jeep but took a few days not the next day, although it was courtesy. Drove the jeep for about 30 minutes the check engine light came on and the catalytic converter was bad. Estimated repair cost 1500. They would not do anything about it after calling them for days. Anyone that interested in their used cars make sure you google up their Extended warranty company Royal and read all the bad reviews. They ignored the problem. Another xxxx up thing was this was suppose to be covered under the extended warranty they xxxxxxxxx me into. The extended warranty cost 1500 dollars, worthless. And to add on top of things the brake hose was rusted so bad the fluids leaked out. More

Bill Punzio stopped to answer my calls because he didn't know how to made up another excuse. The manager Aziz is another lier. how come its possible? They might use the money to pay theirs bills instead of pay to the bank or send it overseas for something that I don't want describe here. They might made up all these good reviews. More

Great deal on a great car (Updated due to warranty issues) Bought an '08 GTI this past weekend after driving in from out of state. Ken was great and helped out with anything I asked. Edit 3/26/15: In October I purchased my GTI from CMW and was happy with my experience. Two weeks ago I received a letter from the company that oversees the warranty I purchased with the car saying they never received the paperwork for my warranty after multiple attempts and therfore have eliminated my account. I've tried to contact CMW and Bill Punzio several times to get this cleared up with either the warranty that I paid for or a refund of the cost of the warranty. I have yet to hear back from them. So I've dropped my review to one star until I get my issues addressed. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt, and hope that the streams got crossed, but if things don't change soon I will be consulting with an attorney. Seriously, what happened? More
