Terrible experience Over priced, I feel like they robbed me. I have a 2006 corolla with a 175,000 miles on it and they charged me 15,000 for it. Rude and without ethic I bough my car there a month ago the car start showing some problems that they fixed but still others that they haven't . They made me to get a insura I bough my car there a month ago the car start showing some problems that they fixed but still others that they haven't . They made me to get a insurance with them "Notthwest insurance " never get my regulars card insurance they have a temporary for only a month . I call them more than three times a day and never answered when they did they didn't care if the temporary card was about to expired. The Manager (Elena) was so rude trough the phone when I talked to her about it. And she said that was separate from the dealer nothing to do with them. she gave the wrong information when I filled the papers about the city sticker and have to accept that probably was my fault that I didn't heard right to don't keep arguing . Now I have to paid penalty to buy the city sticker cuz is over 7 weeks and I haven't get my metal plates . Very disappointed makes me think I have to deal with them for 4 years , I went to the dealer located on cermak More

Buyers BEWARE I went to the dealer in CICERO, first I was given a quote for the wrong car shown to me. Then all my information in their system is incorrect! The car I went to the dealer in CICERO, first I was given a quote for the wrong car shown to me. Then all my information in their system is incorrect! The car I bought was sold to me with the right side ball joint and tie rod all DAMAGED. Just assure when purchasing a car from any place a further inspection is highly recommended! Scams here for every inch of your money! More

Fraud and liers They sell cars overpriced. The have high miles and they don't tell you the truth. Besides they don't give you a contract in paper but electronically a They sell cars overpriced. Besides they don't give you a contract in paper but electronically and they make you sign over an iPad and they put same signature in all the papers they never read to you. I wanted to return the car and they said its impossible. I'm so mad at them. Please avoid this dealer and let me know if somebody wants to suit them. More

do not shop here for anything I just left this dealership I will never step foot in it again I went and test drove a car and asked the salesman how much the car was he laughed and I just left this dealership I will never step foot in it again I went and test drove a car and asked the salesman how much the car was he laughed and said don't worry about that you'll have low payments and he said well the most important thing is that you like the car CLOWN REALLY??? When a customer adj the price for something you should automatically know a price not make up one even err get back to the dealership. I had to ask for my drivers licence and check stubs 10 times they tried to make me purchase a car I was really getting ready to call the police because they didn't give me my identification back when they make copies why hold on to my things and why did I have to ask ten times for my identification he told me oh the finance manager is looking to make sure things are correct for a whole xxxx hour I don't think so. I went in the finance manager room she got my identification sitting on top of the shelf like what the xxxx were they doing with it? They wouldn't release my identification until I started raising my voice, she tells me well the banks didn't approve you anyway I said well why are you still holding on to my identification give me my sh$$ and what bank?? you are a buy here pay here lot there is no bank you do the financing I'm a woman and I went by myself big mistake someone I know recommended me I feel like calling me a lawyer he told me when we got back to the place and came out the office with a piece of paper oh congratulations you're approved I didn't shake his hand I said how much is the car it was a 2008 impala with over 100,000 miles on it $15,494 when he got done breaking down the suppose to be savings and sales he said it's 9,494 with a $2,000 down payment and 180 every two weeks complete clowns from the head down to the salesman good riddance More
