The worst car buying experience The staff of Chicago Auto Place seem friendly, but when I purchased the 2006 Lexus gs 300 awd, the vehicle had major problems which they failed to tel The staff of Chicago Auto Place seem friendly, but when I purchased the 2006 Lexus gs 300 awd, the vehicle had major problems which they failed to tell me. They don't give good customer service. I asked to repair the left headlight the first time, they didn't do it properly. Came back a 2nd time the problem wasn't repaired. The 3rd time they kept me and my friend for eight hours to repair thr same problem. Would not recommend anyone buying another vehicle from them. More
