Parts dept lie and take advantage of customers. Management doesn't communicate with their employees which leaves customers in limbo. Will never do business with them again!! Took our car in for a check up before we went on vacation, we have an 2012 captiva and was charged for $385. for some work they had done, which is what we wanted them to do. While on vacation we n vacation, we have an 2012 captiva and was charged for $385. for some work they had done, which is what we wanted them to do. While on vacation we noticed that it was not shifting right sometimes. When we returned took it back to have it checked out again and they told us the catalytic converter is clogged and charged us $161 just to do a diagnose and advise. We did not have them fix it but was charged $135 for hooking up to the computer and $135 for labor. The car was just in there a couple weeks earlier, to see there was any issues and now we are socked with more money these issues should have been noticed the first time? We will not go back! I understand that the clogged converter is not their fault but they could of given us a break on the diagnostic charge seeing how it was just in the shop. If this how customers are treated in Wooster Chevrolet we will not be dealing with them, there are other Chevrolet dealers around and when we are ready for a new Captiva here real soon, we will go where they value a customer. Very disappointed. More

Incompetent and dishonest We recently brought in a deisel truck for repair. They scheduled the appointment when the mechanic wasn't going to be there for 2 days. I missed 2 da We recently brought in a deisel truck for repair. They scheduled the appointment when the mechanic wasn't going to be there for 2 days. I missed 2 days of work becuase of this error. They took no responsibility for their error. Then they said the injectors needed to be replaced for $6,000. then called back and said they took the truck apart and it need a full fuel line replace for a total of $12,000!!!!!. We picked up the truck and towed it somewhere else. The truck was never fully taken apart to confirm anything. The fuel lines were fine and the injectors were replaced for $4,000. I was totally disgusted with their behavior. The people who work there aren't happy and basically they are lying to make money. I would not trust them at all for any repairs and would assume when you buy a vehicel there you are paying a premium. More
