Due to their negligence, we could have died. Frat-boy mentality, sleazy sales tactics, and shotty mechanics. Cooling lines and a u-joint that almost fell off as we drove 2300 miles home. The sales people openly made fun of a disabled veteran in our presence. We were constantly given the wrong information about the vehicle we wanted to buy. 400 miles into our trip home, we notice an oil leak that saved out lives. The u-joint, that should have been part of a general safety inspection, almost fell off while we drove taking the stearing column with it. The clearly marked washer fluid container was filled with antifreeze, leaving the cooling tank empty. And to just ice the cake, we were told they would fill the gas tank, only to be filled 3/4 full. Upon arriving, we were told he wasn’t even there, but he sent me an email less than an hour before this saying “looking forward to meet you”. We were then to told by Kyle, our trade was only valued at 17,000 and Brady is not a sales manager, or authorized to give a value. I showed him what Brady offered and he then told us that Brady had entered the wrong info, this was it. This is what gives dealerships bad names. Missed out on wages, cost me money in the drive, then insulted. Thanks! More

Unfortunately have to type the truth I’m an out of state buyer. Decided to buy a Porsche 911 Turbo S. A car worth well over 100K. The two sales guys Chad & Bryan were great. The rest of the purchase was practically an exhausting and EXPENSIVE nightmare. They wouldnt accept a business check that wasn’t signed in front of them. Had to fly out the first time to sign paper works. The second time to pay them in person because they can’t even accept card over the phone due to “charges” of the amount which should never be the customers problem. The Porsche I bought I realized needs an oil change. Back tires are BALD. I am an Instagram Influencer and a YouTuber. I will say the least that the manager wasn’t very friendly and is very money hungry. Finance guy was complicated at first but he apologized. I’ve never in my entire life had ever such a bad experience buying a car this expensive before with a dealership. I will make sure to let everyone I know in Ohio and across the states to not shop from this dealership. I’m quite honestly still extremely disappointed with how this whole thing played out. I now have to pay out of pocket for wheels and an oil change. I will be letting my followers and other fans know of this horrible experience and I might even call corporate. As of the sales men they were nice. Gave me rides from the airport to the dealership. Otherwise everything else sucked ***. :-) More
