Positive experience from 3yr old to 41 yr old. Upon entering and during our visit we were greeted by many. The atmosphere, although busy, stayed very upbeat throughout the time we were there. There was a nice playroom that was very close to the salesfloor and I felt safe to leave both boys in there while sitting wuth our salesman, Shane. Shane was fast and friendly with the entire family. He did not let the excitement of the new place that a 3 and 5 yr old had bother him. He continued about his job and even spoke with the kids. After our purchase was final and we were taking our belongings out of our old vehicle I didn't realize until quite far from the dealership that I had lost my real diamond earrings. I quickly texted Shane and told him as well as asked if he could look around where our vehicles were. Thankfully he was able to find them and mail them to me. The whole experience from walking thru the door to driving off the lot was an exceptional one. Thanks to Shane and the entire staff that we got to encounter. It was a 5 star dealership and we appreciate everything! More

Best service I have ever had at a dealership. I work 6 days a week and the dealership is 83 miles away from me. When I called Shaneand told him I wasn’t taking the day off or driving out the if it I work 6 days a week and the dealership is 83 miles away from me. He took his time and answered all me questions. Got my info and called me back with a great deal. I drove down today 16/Jan/19 and the car was exactly what he said it was. He had all the paperwork done that he could do with out me. I got my new car and was on the road home in under 2 hours. You talk about great service it doesn’t get any better. Positive Experience After Frustration Elsewhere I had leased a vehicle twice before at another dealership. The process had always gone very smoothly and I got what I wanted within my budget. The time came for me to choose my next lease and return my current lease to that dealership. I had my heart set on a very particular make and model of van. Much to my chagrin, the vehicle I wanted was completely not feasible for my budget. In fact, none of the vehicles that would have worked for my family of four (4 year old and 8 month old) were in my budget. I left very frustrated. When my husband and I entered Chevrolet of Wooster, I wasn’t optimistic. But we were greeted by our salesperson, Shane Mast, and when I told him my budget and lease conditions, he said, “Let’s see what we can do.” He quickly found a 2019 AWD Traverse that was almost perfectly within our budget and met all our lease conditions. I was floored. I never imagined this would work. I’ve never leased a Chevy, much less driven or owned one. To say I’m pleased with the experience and the vehicle is an understatement. The whole experience was top notch and we look forward to working with Chevrolet of Wooster in the future! More

Incompetent and dishonest We recently brought in a deisel truck for repair. They scheduled the appointment when the mechanic wasn't going to be there for 2 days. I missed 2 da We recently brought in a deisel truck for repair. They scheduled the appointment when the mechanic wasn't going to be there for 2 days. I missed 2 days of work becuase of this error. They took no responsibility for their error. Then they said the injectors needed to be replaced for $6,000. then called back and said they took the truck apart and it need a full fuel line replace for a total of $12,000!!!!!. We picked up the truck and towed it somewhere else. The truck was never fully taken apart to confirm anything. The fuel lines were fine and the injectors were replaced for $4,000. I was totally disgusted with their behavior. The people who work there aren't happy and basically they are lying to make money. I would not trust them at all for any repairs and would assume when you buy a vehicel there you are paying a premium. More
