EASY service visit !!!! ' TERMS OF USE ' question below is so RIDICULOUS I came within half a hair of not responding to this review !! in fact, my visit was a 5 , but this paperwork is a (1) VERY BAD which I tell you is about to reflect on my grade on 'overall experience' More

Everything is always great. Get us in when needed and the work is always on time and done well. MOST DEALERSHIPS "GET IT RIGHT" MOST OF THE TIME. THE MARK OF A TRULY GREAT SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS HOW THEY HANDLE SITUATIONS THAT DID'NT GO WELL. I HAVE USED VILLAGE CHEV FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS NOW TIME. When I took this car in for repair, the estimate was $340. By the time the vehicle was ready and 3 days later, it was nearly $2700. Who's fault was it? Village? I don't know. Chevrolet? The consensus I get from others and from my own experience, the bottom line is you can't trust what the service department is telling you. I've bought four new Chevy's over the years and have always liked GM, but this is the final straw. This was a design problem from what research I've done and it's b.s. Sadly, I will not own another GM car. More
