As I was talking to the service rep for the work that needed to be done the phone rang. He picked it up and started to talk to that customer. I was there in front of him and he assumed that the caller wa needed to be done the phone rang. He picked it up and started to talk to that customer. Brought my Impala in for service (head gasket leak). Was given a shuttle ride to work with virtually no delay. My car was still under the warranty period and the repair was going to take over a day to comp given a shuttle ride to work with virtually no delay. My car was still under the warranty period and the repair was going to take over a day to complete. The shuttle picked me up and they set me up in a free loaner car to carry me through the repair.
