I had excellent service from the service technicians. The service advisor, Gabriella, I wasn't impressed with. She wouldn't answer my calls if I left a message. She also didn't let me know that the service wasn't done in 3 days time. I had to call and talk with others to find out I would need a loaner so I could get to work that 3rd day. I gave Gabriella my work number to call and let me know if my car would be done that 3rd day. I also told her my work hours. She never called. I called when I returned from work, and learned from some one else that my car was just getting done. After a short appointment, I was finally able to get my car. Please be sure Gabriella gets more training in customer service. I work in customer service, and would never treat a client the way I was treated. More
Extremely poor customer service. Service tech broke seat molding and tried to blame it on us. Agree to pay yes for service, but the fact they would offer zero compensation for inconvenience and the "that's fine I don't care if you leave a bad review" by the gal that checked me out. Part was $110 cost according to their paperwork but $340 to me. They could have at least given the oil change and rotation complimentary to show some remorse. Save yourself the headache and avoid this family of dealerships. Very poor experience. Not even an apology was given. Apparently this behavior is acceptable at the dealership and Chevrolet to allow such an experience and those behaviors. The only positive was at drop off by the service advisor. More

My car was so gross on the inside I had a black film on my steering wheel. Thankfully I had some napkins to clean it. They said I needed a bunch of services that were recorded as performed at another dealer. When I questioned it they said well we don’t have a service record so it’s what’s recommended for scheduled maintenance at this mileage. They could have had another customer but I have 0 trust in them now. More
