Poor Customer Service - Test Drive I made an appointment for a test drive at 11am. I arrived early for my 6pm appointment because I was so excited to see and test drive. After waiting f I made an appointment for a test drive at 11am. I arrived early for my 6pm appointment because I was so excited to see and test drive. After waiting for about 5-10 minutes outside for the saleperson to drive it around front for my test drive, he shows up with the wrong car and tells me that the car I wanted to see sold this morning. I told him that the guy on the phone assured me it was still available so he double checked and told me it was definitely sold this morning. I wasted an hour driving from Shakopee to Wayzata during rush hour! I even told the guy making the appointment that I was driving from Shakopee. More

I was utterly disappointed in the professionalism and service at this dealership. I went in expecting to pick up my new car (I had scheduled a pick up the day before after a test drive) and literally le service at this dealership. I went in expecting to pick up my new car (I had scheduled a pick up the day before after a test drive) and literally left crying. The finance guy would not take no for an answer when I said I didn’t want any warranties and then told me it would be easier for him if I financed through them- even though I had a lower rate through USAA. He said I could not leave with a car unless I financed with them. I said I would leave with my own car and had to convince them to give me back my keys and title. Terrible! Loved the car but could not give them my money. More

Brandon was awesome!!!! I did not walk in there expecting to get approved. He already knew what I wanted based off my previous car!!! I came here to get a new car and it was so easy! I worked with Tim Murphy, I never felt pressured to buy, he was very easy to work with and answered all my questions.
