Terrible service! Canceled appointment when we were 45 minuets away. We live 2 hours away. I drove over 4hrs to the dealership since they were able to give me such a fair price on the new truck and my trade in. No other dealer could beat them-and believe me- I tried! They were honest and made sure to follow through with what they told me. It was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have ever had. I would definitely feel comfortable recommending them and the dealership to all of my friends and family. More
They Crashed my truck while in for auto checkup I came to get my truck for a 15k mile maintenance and an auto detail. During this service Work, they somehow crashed my car, destroyed the Quater Rea I came to get my truck for a 15k mile maintenance and an auto detail. During this service Work, they somehow crashed my car, destroyed the Quater Rear Panel and then when I picked it up they denied responsibility, I had to take them to court and they conviently did not have video footage of that day. The dealership owners, Mr Melvin Cooper, only called me back after several days of trying to reach him and threatening to take him to civil court, and told me that there was nothing he could do and nothing I could prove! Essentially they forced me to open an insurance claim to fix my car, we are still in the process of trying to recover our damages. The reason he never put his name on this store when he bought it is because he has such a horrible reputation. I wish I knew of his illeagal business practices beforehand. More

What is not is that I drove 3 hours with a pregnant wife to see a vehicle that was no longer available. A simple phone call would have solved this issue. Once at the lot, service was poor and was not greeted for 15 minutes. The sales manager Dj or Aj tried to convince me into a new vehicle, his effort was half assed and an apology was never given only the excuse that they can not hold the vehicle. Poor communication and terrible service, even if there was a vehicle that would have met my needs I would not have purchased one out of the pure principal. Please educate your staff on being sympathetic to their customer. For note I spoke with both cristal and dj on Friday in regards to this vehicle so it is not as if he did not know I was coming. More

Say everything to sell you car but 3 months later cant help. My wife and I purchased a 2014, 40,000 dollar car in February. I can't tell how excited we were to be bringing home this amazing car but after only 3 My wife and I purchased a 2014, 40,000 dollar car in February. I can't tell how excited we were to be bringing home this amazing car but after only 3 months i started to discover little defaults on the car. The plastic window moldings were pealing off, 2 of the tires after my first rotation were bald on the inside of the tire. let me remind you, I had the car for 3 months. The dealership called me almost three months for an oil change and tire rotation. I was happy to take it in because we were about to drive on our first vacation in our new car so I scheduled the appointment. The day before my appointment I realized both rear door window moldings were coming off. Wait, this car is not even 2 years old and I have only had it for 3 MONTHS!! I thought, "oh well", I'm taking it in for an oil change, they can fix it. After my oil change I explained the windows to their service tech and he took a look at it. All he could tell me was I didn't get the extended warranty, so I would have to check with sales to see if it is a factory defect. Frustrated, I left on my vacation. When I returned i called the sales department. The manager was too busy to return my call that day. So, I called the next day and finally got through. I explained my situation and even sent pics. He was very polite to tell me 3 month warranty was up and I should bring it in to the service department so they can look at to determine weather it is a factory defect. Sound familiar? Look, by law they may not be obligated to fix it but what ever happen to: We stand by our vehicles. Our vehicles go through a 5 star inspection. What ever their slogan is. What ever they sat to sell you that car. How about, if xxxx goes wrong, we'll fix because you just spent 40,000 on our buisness. I know if the owner of any of their associates spent that kind of money, they would want someone to take care of them. So, if you plan on buying a car there? Don't! They will say all the right things when your buying but after it's sold, it's not their problem. More

They were very patient and answered every one of my questions without making me feel stupid. Bob didn't pressure me at all, unlike most salesmen. They worked with me every step of the way, and I could not be more grateful. The icing on the cake was when Melvin called me a few days after I had bought the car saying they were able to get me a lower interest rate!!! When you go, ask for Bob Mannix. He always told me, "If the customer isn't happy, I'm not doing my job". Good luck, and happy shopping! More
