I have been coming here for nearly 20 years. The new service manager/general manager team have made this dealership much worse and not centered on the customer. You can walk around the sales area, and you will not even be greeted. The service department is totally centered on profit for the day and have no interest on long term relationships. Prior to this new team, the team in service knew your name when you dropped bye with a question and were happy to assist you. Now it's just give us your money and get the xxxx out. More
