Be very careful with this dealership, I bought 2024 Chevy Malibu last 01/26/2025 Saturday, there are 2 units available Malibu car on the yard with same year 2024 and same grey color but has different mileage Malibu last 01/26/2025 Saturday, there are 2 units available Malibu car on the yard with same year 2024 and same grey color but has different mileage on it, one has 5k miles with the price of $19,995 the other one has 2.2k miles on with the price $20,995. I told dealer i want car that has 5k miles coz its little bit cheaper, when i got the papers i was surprised coz the price increased to $23k, i told them why the price go up, then the dealer said wait ill come back to you ill make correction, when he come back to me he came with his colleague telling me a 5k mileage malibu is not available till next week, they only available was the 2.2k mileage malibu, then i said i dont want it due to price is more higher, then they said if i give you the 2.2k mileage on the same price would you buy it, I said yes, to make it short i took the lower mileage malibu, after i signed all the docs and ready to pull-out i told them i will come back on 01/27/2025 Sunday coz i have rental car with me and I am the only one right now and no one can drive the other car, the following day 01/27/2025 Sunday I came back to grab the new car but when Im about to leave the yard I noticed they gave a different car with the 5k mileage on it instead of 2.2k miles, then i came back to them and told those guys that why you gave a wrong car, but their alibi why i got the diffrent car because the guy im dealing with is new employee. Can you beleived that, its a lie, I realized this dealer are not true to their customers, i have clear evidence on my hand, its a fraud act. I did not take the car coz thats not what we agreed, obviously they're gonna void that contract because its their fault and they did it hoping their tactics will go thru. My advised is if you are planning to buy cars in chevy wasilla better to go a much trusted dealership not with them, my experience was terrible, a waste of time and effort, they dont respect customers. They only care for money. More

I have been coming here for nearly 20 years. The new service manager/general manager team have made this dealership much worse and not centered on the customer. My wife and I bought our Silverado here and are looking at buying a new one next year. We had no doubts as to where we would buy from until they changed and now are looking elsewhere. You can walk around the sales area, and you will not even be greeted. The service department is totally centered on profit for the day and have no interest on long term relationships. Prior to this new team, the team in service knew your name when you dropped bye with a question and were happy to assist you. Now it's just give us your money and get the xxxx out. More
