The vehicle was in the shop for 3 weeks. I received a call explaining the technician broke an additional part trying to make repairs at the 2 week mark. I received another call 2-3 days befo I received a call explaining the technician broke an additional part trying to make repairs at the 2 week mark. I received another call 2-3 days before the vehicle was done offering a rental car. The service department waited 2 1/2 weeks before making this offer. I was then told they would provide a discount. When we paid for the repairs we were told “10% is the highest my computer will allow.” We received roughly $100 off a $1700 bill. After all of this, the issue we brought it in for has not been fixed. Poor customer service. Never did what they said they said they would do.. 5 different times they said they would call. This is the worst service dept I have ever used for my vehicle. I dropped my car off for an oil change and when I picked up the car it had paint damage on the rear of the car.
